Tony is a lynx Pard and something of a free ball when it comes to the struggles between Lundrim and Baireï.
Generally the lynx have been considered as opportunists and that is exactly what Tony is : he will takes what he can and don't care on what side it can be obtained.
Tony dropped school after a botched commercial degree, because he recognized it would be easier for him to earn a lot of money in more illicits ways. He had heard about Baireï's empire and had planned on being recruited but it didn't work out as he wanted (Baireï is quite prejudiced against the lynxes, long story). Tony ended up very low on the ladder and with almost no options to get any higher and it turned him quite bitter towards the Red Tiger.
He survived by doing some small to medium traffics between UK, Germany and Spain and was talented enough not to get caught by the police.
Neither Bairei nort Lundrim ever considered Tony as being interesting enough or reliable enough to serve their goals which is kind of a big mistake as lynxes have a very extended web of relatives in Europe and they are the most clannish of all the Pards, allowing them to bump into "cousins" wherever they go(and I mean everywhere, he can find a distant related great grand cousin in the nearest dive if he wants to).
Nevertheless Tony did find himself dragged into the Pards internal war when he and his girlfriend (another lynx) crossed path with Hassan, Lundrim' son and main executionner.
In exchange of life and liberty for both, Tony would be spying on Bairei and Deyandar for Lundrim and report to him from time to time.
Tony wasn't really happy about that but better a spy than dead so he agreed. He has great instincts but the thing he has to do (it's one thing to ruin out Bairei's activities, another to know he will eventually be responsible of the death of his kids) weights down on him and he has started to sample some of his own products, although situation isn't yet out of control. He has retained enough wits to send his closer family members and his girlfriend as far as possible to protect them.
Later on, his actions would be discovered by Miep and she would come and confront him about it. (no more spoils here, sorry)
Tony is a smallish man, he is barely 1.70 cms (5"7) and quite complexed about this so he works out a lot: he is lean but chiseled and a terrible show off.
He is smart, and downplay it a lot to look just like another dim witted street dealer: he has taken the habit of speaking with a peculiar accent in all the countries he is familiar with. In UK he will sound like a chav, in France like a wesh, and so on, rattling slang with ease.
Quite unlikely for a Pard, he is a smoker (tobbacco and pot) and his fave food is minced lamb with sliced pickles, drenched in garlic sauce (yeah, you wouldn't want to kiss him after that, I guarantee you)
