I have cs6 but you could probably do it in lower versions
or other programs
edit: all Real pearls have an iridescent sheen to them (pink and green) you can play with the overlay or multiply setting to achieve a transparent layer of color over your pearls no matter what the base color - and adjust the opacity of the layer until you get the desired amount of color
also, you can add a photo filter to change the overall color of your pearls, like a warming or cooling filter
